By using the Exodia website (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Exodia
Exodia is an operating platform for trade and service businesses — covering leads, jobs, stock, site docs, invoicing, reporting and workflows — operated by Azizi Corp. The Site describes the platform and provides a way to request a diagnostic.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt or compromise it, and not to submit false or misleading information through any contact or diagnostic form.
4. No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting or other professional advice. Engagements with Exodia are governed by a separate written agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos and the Exodia name, is owned by or licensed to Azizi Corp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exodia is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
